Refund and Returns Policy

1. All Sales Are Final

Due to the consumable nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for orders once they have been shipped.


2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

  • Subject Line: “Damaged/Incorrect Order – Order #[Your Order Number]”

  • Include: Photos of the damaged or incorrect items and a brief description of the issue.

3. Shipping Delays and Issues

We ship all orders via UPS. Once your order leaves our facility, delivery times and any delays are beyond our control. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
