Welcome to PALI. By accessing or purchasing from drinkpali.com (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before using our services.
1. Use of the Website
You agree to use this Site for lawful purposes only and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else’s use and enjoyment of the site. Unauthorized use of the site may result in legal action.
2. Orders & Payment
a. Pricing
Each case of PALI (24 cans, 8.4 oz each) is priced at $19.99.
Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.
Prices are subject to change without notice.
b. Payment Methods
We currently accept:
All major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AmEx, Discover)
PayPal
Apple Pay / Google Pay (coming soon)
For bulk orders or distributors: direct invoice via ACH or business check (contact us)
c. Order Confirmation
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. Please review it for accuracy. If you notice any issues, contact us immediately at orders@drinkpali.com.
3. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are shipped via UPS.
Standard delivery is 3–7 business days depending on your location.
We currently ship within the United States only.
Shipping fees will be displayed at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or natural events beyond our control.
4. Returns & Refunds
Due to the consumable nature of our products, all sales are final. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we will gladly replace it.
To request a replacement:
Email orders@drinkpali.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
Include photos and your order number.
We reserve the right to approve or deny refund or replacement requests at our discretion.
5. Wholesale & Distribution
If you are a retailer or distributor and wish to carry PALI:

Bulk and wholesale pricing is available upon request
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site — including text, images, branding, logos, and design — is the property of PALI and may not be reproduced or used without written permission.
7. User-Generated Content
If you share testimonials, reviews, photos, or other content with us via social media, email, or the Site, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use that content for marketing or promotional purposes.
8. Limitation of Liability
PALI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Site or products. We make no guarantees that our Site will be error-free or uninterrupted.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal disputes must be filed in a court located in Illinois.
